The staff was good and helpful. Khaja helped me during checkout.
The room seemed a bit tired. The carpet wasn't great. I really didn't want to step on it without slippers. I guess i was unlucky, as the bathroom showed rust and peeling paint on iron handle bars.

The location was convenient. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items.
The room was quite small. I found it difficult to move around with my luggage. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, even on the lowest setting. THE noise made it hard to sleep soundly at night. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space.

I found several issues that dampened my stay. the room's temperature was a problem. The ac struggled. ac maintenance seemed overdue, and the filters looked untouched for ages. the air quality suffered as a result.
